Beeville. Known for its delicious honey made by Combee, and the great wild Vespiqueen that is here. Though, of course, you cannot capture any of the working Combee in the town. There are some stray ones out and about in the area around, but please refrain from capturing the ones in town!
And, yes, this town does have a Gym Leader. Quite obvious as to what he has though, isn't it? Anyways...

Combee (x2). Both level 20. They both know Sweet Scent and Gust.
Vespiqueen, level 22. Knows Gust, Poison Sting, Confuse Ray, Fury Cutter, Pursuit, Fury Swipes, Power Gem.
