After escaping from the nasty, sticky water in the Marshlands, you are quick encountered with more water! Avura is surrounded with glorious azure lakes which hold many water type pokemon. This is the perfect place for them, and a great place for trainers to find one.
There is also a Gym here. Water-type, of course! This is what she has:

Level 15. Knows Scratch, Leer, Water Gun, Rage, Bite, Scary Face, and Ice Punch.

Coordinators be ready, for the first Contest is held here!
The Contest consists of two rounds. The first round is where you show off cute, beautiful, cool, tough or smart moves. The top three coordinators will then be seleted by our judges (Kiki, Drete and Nurse Joy) to go on to the second round. This is a fight against the Contest Champion. The coordinator who won (or, if two or more won, the one with the most points), will then be classed the winner.
The Contest Champion, being in a Water town, has Water Pokemon;
Staryu; Smart. Level 15. Knows Harden, Tackle, Water Gun and Rapid Spin.
Buizel; Cool. Level 15. Knows Water Sport, Growl, SonicBoom, Quick Attack, Water Gun, Pursuit and Swift.
